If you map the TN3270 CLEAR function to a key, it does nothing. It can cause a lockup in some data entry screens, unless no data has been entered.

Set up TinyTERM to establish a connection on open. Start TinyTERM, then login to the host. Open the Session Properties and go to the Login tab. Add a username and password. Check the Login at connect option. Click Apply, then click OK.
Back in TinyTERM, click the Disconnect button, or go to the Session menu and select Disconnect. TinyTERM crashes. This is due to a bug in the auto logout code.

CScript includes the opsys2() command, which should return a numeric value based on the version of Windows in use. It’s not fully documented in TinyTERM versions prior to 4.31. If you have an older version of TinyTERM, you can download updated CScript documentation.

In TVI925 emulation, the sequence \033$ should turn on graphics mode, so that non-text characters such as lines draw correctly. This does not work properly in older TinyTERM versions. The sequence is ignored, and normal text displays instead.

Some versions of TinyTERM have a bug in the Wyse50 emulation that cause it to leave reverse text on the screen, even when it should be cleared. For example, a menu highlight that should move when you press an arrow key instead stays behind, and highlights the new selection also.
This problem will also cause some text that should be displayed in reverse to be displayed as bold instead. Some text may not display at all, unless you minimize and restore the TinyTERM window. These Wyse50 issues were fixed in TinyTERM 4.31.

If you enter a string in the WRU Answerback field, it may change to 0 or 255. This is a bug in some versions of TinyTERM. You should be able to enter any text in that field.

Configure a session to close on disconnect, and set up outfirst.cs as the Post-session start script. Restart TinyTERM, then connect to a host and login. On logout, script_disconnect() prevents TinyTERM from closing automatically. Script_shutdown() does the same thing.

TinyTERM Plus 4.30 added an LPD server for Windows NT, 2000 and XP. However, there was no option not to install it. That was added in TinyTERM Plus 4.31.

With two or more printers on one PC running Century LPD, sending print jobs to more than one printer on that PC causes some jobs to be lost. This happens when there’s an error in one or more of the print jobs. Rather than trying again, the print files are deleted.
