When this happens, it means the original install did not complete properly. You will need to do the following:

• Manually uninstall all Tiny Term products.
• Reboot the PC.
• Press Ctrl-Alt-Delete to get the task manager. End all tasks except Systray and Explorer.
• Install TinyTERM again.
• When prompted to restart the computer, select No.
• Click Yes and OK on all other dialog boxes. Some dialog boxes may be behind others, so make sure to close these windows carefully.
