Installing the TinyTERM Emulator
We know that Century's product-users are smart people, and so you are probably
wondering why Installing the TinyTERM Emulator is here in the online Help; we realize that you will probably be trying out
your Century product before you ever even see the Help files! In fact, if you
used the new Installation Wizard, it already installed the application and all
the system information was collected automatically. Generally, installation
instructions are provided here (as well as in the printed Install Guide) for your future convenience.
However, you may be looking at these same instructions on line at the Century
web site, or even as a printed document, before actually installing the
software. Although we recommend using the Installation Wizard, if you are installing
"by hand" you might find this section helpful.
When installing this Century product you should follow these basic steps:
- Before installation, determine your needs.
- Install the application.
- Set up for your most common emulations and customize for your and your user’s convenience.
