The Century FTP Client “Configuration Info” dialog has three tabs: Session, View/Sort and Transfer. The last two are switched in name only. If you go to the Session menu and select View/Sort, it takes you to the tab named Transfer, which has the View/Sort settings. The reverse is true of the Transfer menu option.

In TinyTERM Plus, set up an SSH connection and connect. The fingerprint dialog comes up and asks if you want to continue. If you click Yes, the original session doesn’t connect. Instead, a second session opens and brings up the username/password dialog. Enter your username and password, and this session connects. The first session does not connect initially, but will connect normally if you go back to it.

Using TERM for Linux 6.2.5b, executing the command:
term -x server
brings TERM up in server mode normally. Typing “q” to quit causes TERM to hang. This is fixed in TERM 6.28.

Hex value 9B is a valid Control Sequence Introducer (CSI) for the Linux console. TinyTERM’s Linux emulation only recognizes \033[ as a CSI. So when it receives 9B, TinyTERM displays it instead of treating it properly.

In TV1950 emulation, the vi editor does not go into insert mode properly. Instead, it goes into Replace mode.
Also, undo does not remove everything it should. It leaves text behind that should be removed.
Both these problems are fixed in TinyTERM 4.10.

When installing TinyTERM Thin Client 4.30 from the tttc.zip file, it gives the error, “Your serial number does not match your activation key.” This is due to an invalid evaluation license in the file install.bat. It does not happen when using the tttc.exe file, nor when installing from CD.
The situation is reversed in TinyTERM Thin Client 4.31. In that version, the tttc.zip file installs without a problem. But the tttc.exe file gives the license error. TinyTERM Thin Client 4.33 does not have an evaluation problem.

TinyTERM versions 4.00-4.21 have a bug in the Televideo emulations — TVI912, TVI925 and TVI950 — that prevent them from displaying all text. It is most noticeable in screen-oriented applications such as menus. The bug is fixed in TinyTERM 4.30.

After using vi or other full-screen applications, the Wyse60 emulation won’t scroll back. It doesn’t matter if you use the vertical scrollbar or the keyboard commands.
This is due to the way Wyse60 terminals work. Full-screen applications such as vi often put the terminal into a different screen page, which clears all memory of the previous screen page. Exiting the application sets the terminal back to screen page 0. Essentially, there’s nothing to scroll back to at that point.
Disabling screen pages in Wyse60 will cause problems with some applications. So no option to do so has been added to TinyTERM.
