Support for Century Software Products

Users of desktop and mobile TinyTERM terminal emulation products enjoy some of the best technical support in the industry. We want you to be productive with our software, and if problems arise, help you resolve them quickly. Please use any of the following resources to find the answers you need.

Support Policy

Century Software requires that all desktop-licensed customers be on a current maintenance and support agreement to receive live technical support. Also, App Store purchases from the iOS App Store and Google Play do not receive live technical support.

Supported Versions

Live support is available for customers with a current maintenance and support contract for TinyTERM Plus for Windows version 4.12.0 and newer. TinyTERM for Mac versions 2.0.0 and newher are currently supported as well. All versions of TinyTERM Enterprise for iOS and Android are likewise supported.
