Century Announces New Support Policy

Century Software is making many changes in 2013. These changes allow us to continue to provide world-class products and support to our customers as we transition into new areas with new product lines, as well as continuing to improve our well-established products.

To continue to provide superior live technical support Century needs to make some changes to our support policies.

As of February 4, 2013, Century will require that all desktop-licensed customers -- TinyTERM for Windows, Mac or Linux -- be on a maintenance/support agreement to receive live technical support. For those customers with a current maintenance/support agreement, this change has no impact.

We are allowing a grace period of 60 days from date of purchase to receive live support. If you have purchased one of our desktop products within 60 days of your call, you will receive full support.

If you are currently using an older unsupported product, or a currently supported product without a maintenance/support agreement, you will be directed to our online support pages. If you prefer, you can contact our Sales department at (801) 268-3088 or sales@centurysoftware.com to upgrade to the latest supported version and receive full support.
